Najran University opens the electronic admission portal for scholarship students – who reside inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is available through the university’s electronic portal.
The Najran University’s Deanship of Admission and Registration announced the commencement of receiving scholarship applications through her electronic portal from international students (both internal and external students).
The scholarship application is not available for all levels of degrees except for bachelor’s degrees. And this scholarship is for all international students whether internal or external.
It is mainly for whoever wishes to continue his/her education in Najran within or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- A certificate without precedents from the security services in his country.
- A clear copy of a valid passport.

Eligibility criteria and application requirements:
- Students of external scholarships are subject to the admission requirements that apply to Saudis in higher education institutions, except for the ability and achievement condition.
- The student’s age should not be less than (17) years and not more than (25) years for the bachelor’s level.
- The student should not have previously obtained a scholarship from an educational institution in the Kingdom.
- The certificates and identification papers must be attested by the competent authorities in the student’s country, as well as the embassy in the student’s country.
- He should not be dismissed from one of the educational institutions in the Kingdom.
- The scholarship applicant is not entitled to change his major after being accepted into a particular major.
- To have a mahram with the student, in accordance with the instructions regulating that, provided that he is covered by a grant or has a legal residence, or submits to the register of an employer who needs his services.
- The student must pass the medical examination decided by the university.
- That the government of the student’s country approve the scholarship to study in the Kingdom for countries that require that for Saudi students.
- The applicant should be fluent in the Arabic language, both spoken and written.
