How do I correct a mistake in the SSC/HSC Certificate in Bangladesh?
Certificate of educational qualification is very important in any job starting from job. In any case, if there is an average of your information in the certificate, then you have to suffer step by step. But there is a way to solve the problem.
The task becomes much easier, especially if you know the rules and regulations. Many do such work offline. But the present age is technology dependent. So it is wise to correct online to avoid trouble. Ways to modify the certificate -
Step-1: Must be notarized:
The first thing to do is to get a notary or affidavit through a lawyer. In this case, if the candidate's own age is more than 18 years; However, if it is less then the affidavit has to be filed by the father of the candidate from the first class magistrate or notary public.
Step-2: Notice in the newspaper
After notarization you have to go to the door of the newspaper office. Notice must be published in any daily newspaper. It should mention the name of the candidate's certificate, father's name, mother's name, branch, year of examination, name of the examination center, roll number, name of the board and date of birth.
Step-3: Go to the school or college concerned
Notaries, notices published in newspapers and National ID cards / birth certificates should be taken to their respective educational institutions. An application has to be made along with the head of the institution, these papers will be attached. The school authorities will then scan your document using the college's EIIN and password and apply for correction.
Step-4: Fee must be submitted:
At the end of the application a message will come to your phone. Then you have to deposit Rs. 558 in Sonali Bank for application fee. Receipt of payment of fees must be taken care of. After submitting the application fee, a separate profile will be created on the website of the concerned Board of Education. By logging in there, you can know the latest status through mobile phone. You have to wait at least three months after submitting the application fee.
Step-6: Online Process and Document Extraction:
After the process is completed, you will be notified of the completion of the process with a message on your phone. Then log in to the profile with the password given to you. There will be a new option 'Document Withdrawal'. Go to that option and apply for document withdrawal. With the necessary information, you can give instructions for the document you want to extract. After that you have to deposit Rs. 558 in Sonali Bank as before to withdraw the document. Then log in to the profile and download and print the document. Then you have to submit the original certificate to the Board of Education.
Step-6: New Certificate:
Then go to the office again and submit the final documents and the original copy of the receipt to be submitted to the bank to understand the new revised certificate.
